How to Order
Most of our inventory is already in stock. We can ship it directly to you today if you order before noon Eastern Time. Smaller items can be shipped until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

If the part (s) must be special ordered from Japan, we can have it shipped to you within two weeks.??  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Gift certificates are available. Please purchase them through our online store.

Warranty
We stand behind what we sell. Many products have a limited manufacturer’s warranty, but we will work with you to make the situation right.

Return Policy
Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order. To return an item, please be sure to use the original shipping material or equivalent. Store credit or exchange is available. Specially ordered parts are subject to a restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  If it is our mistake, we will reship the item & return on our dime every time.

Back Orders
When orders contain products that are on back-order, we will not ship the order until it is complete. You may ask for all in-stock items to be shipped, with back-ordered items shipped when they become available. If we split your order into separate shipments, your back-ordered items will be delivered via UPS Ground.

Japan is notorious for price changes for no reason. We will try & hold any advertised price but in the event that we cannot,  we will inform you of the actual price. You will have the choice of not purchasing the product & or a full Refund.
